The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless functioning, robust performance, and continuous evolution of these essential customer-facing systems. Key Responsibilities: Platform Leadership & L3 Support : Lead and manage the L3 application support for all ATM and Debit Card platforms, ensuring high availability, performance, and stability for critical customer-facing services. Oversee incident, problem, and change management processes, ensuring timely resolution of issues and effective implementation of system enhancements. Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for complex production incidents, implementing permanent fixes to prevent recurrence. Application Implementation & Roll-outs: Spearhead the end-to-end implementation of new ATM and Debit Card application features, version upgrades, and major roll-outs.
